Acceptable Use Policy

The following information applies to all Atomic Systems customers. Violation of any policies described below may be cause for immediate account termination or suspension without prior notification. These policies are in addition to, but do not supercede or invalidate, policies outlined in your Service Agreement.

Spamming, Mail Fraud and Abuse

Atomic Systems defines "spam" as email, newsgroup postings or other communications which are unsolicited by the receiver and/or sent indiscriminately to multiple recipients via the internet. Atomic Systems customers may not use the network resources of Atomic Systems to send "spam" nor send "spam" through any other network channel which contains URLs directed at web sites hosted by Atomic Systems.

Atomic Systems takes "spam" very seriously. A customer found to be sending "spam" will lose access to our network resources IMMEDIATELY.

All messages sent via Atomic Systems must correctly identify the sender; Atomic Systems users may not alter the attribution of origin in electronic mail messages or postings.

Illegal, Hateful or Offensive Material

The use of Atomic Systems' web hosting services shall comply with any and all applicable law in that the Customer's Web Pages do not contain material that is: obscene, lewd, pornographic, excessively violent, harassing, harmful, or offensive; that is defamatory or disparaging; that invades any right of privacy; or infringes upon the copyrights, trade secret rights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
