Terms of Service Policy

The following information applies to all Atomic Systems customers. Violation of any policies described below may be cause for immediate account termination or suspension without prior notification. These policies are in addition to, but do not supercede or invalidate, policies outlined in your Service Agreement.

Usability Statement

Atomic Systems shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the server in a fully operational condition, and the Customer's Web Pages accessible, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, excluding only down time for necessary maintenance and repair or any interruption of services which is caused by malfunction or failure of equipment or circumstances beyond the control of Atomic Systems.

Pursuant to your Service Agreement, Atomic Systems can be in no way held liable for damages or losses due to server downtime or other loss of service.

Account Termination

A modification of a domain name from Atomic Systems to another provider does not constitute a cancellation by the Customer. The Customer must still submit a cancellation request in writing as per your Service Agreement.
